That is a very bad infestation of thrips my friend.
Move that plant away from everything, possibly bin it.
Actually, if that plant was next to your other plants, they definitely have thrips too.

Dang almost looks like tube-tailed thrips (phlaeothripidae) but usually they are predatory/not as bad for plants, they almost look huge for the plant/life stage but dang!
